Handy 3DTerms of Use

These terms apply to Handy 3D Print Models & STL (“the app”), published by Muhammad Noman Tariq. By using the app you agree to them. The app is also licensed to you under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.
1. What the app does
Handy 3D lets you browse publicly shared 3D models from third-party catalogues and download them as STL files for personal 3D printing.
2. Models and licences
Models are created and shared by their designers, not by us. Each model remains subject to its creator’s licence (for example, many are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only). You are responsible for respecting the licence of every model you download and print. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality or printability of any model.
3. Reporting content
If you find a model that is offensive or infringes someone’s rights, use Report a Problem on the model or email dev.nomantariq@gmail.com. You can also hide any model from your feed.
4. Handy 3D Pro
- Pro is available as an auto-renewing weekly, monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period stays active until it ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to break the law, infringe anyone’s intellectual property, or interfere with the app or the services it relies on.
6. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. 3D printing involves heated equipment and small parts; print and use models at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app or of printed models.
7. Trademarks
Handy 3D is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bambu Lab, Creality, Printables or any printer or slicer maker. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The latest version will always be on this page.
